Minor updates, but still improved

I updated some graphics and optimized a little bit.  The sound/music buttons will only cancel the music at this point.  I changed the game modes a bit.
Casual now has no end game, just keep playing for as long as you like.  There is a surprise though if you manage to combined 2 pumpkins!
Challenge mode is now the old casual mode.  Losing veggies outside the basket will end the game.
Timed mode veggies can go out side the basket but the game is over once you get your first pumpkin.  It's a race to get a pumpkin as fast as you can.
High Score now works in casual and challenge mode, but not yet in timed mode.
